Crypto Scam Report

Hello, I invested a significant amount in cryptocurrency through a person named Patrick Werner Kowatsch, better known as Patrick Kowatsch. I entrusted him with a lot of money, which I gave him in cash, and the rest I transferred from my Binance account to his cryptocurrency account. He told me that he would transfer both amounts: the amount I gave him in cash (with its value in cryptocurrencies) and the amount I transferred from my Binance account to the special cryptocurrency investment website called tic.black. Although that website shows my name and the amount invested, its frozen; no buttons work. Theres even a countdown timer to release the cryptocurrency they have. However, Ive seen online that this person is involved with scams, and when I call him, he always makes excuses like theyre about to open the website to the public and Ill be able to withdraw my money. But I think hes lying and hes tricked me. Could you check if theres more information about this person and that website? I dont understand any of this. Thank you very much. I havent reported this situation yet because Im waiting for the supposed second phase in September, which is supposed to open the website to the public. If not, Ill report this situation to the authorities. Today, January 12, 2026, Im certain Ive been scammed by this individual. In November 2025, the aforementioned website disappeared; it was never actually online, no one could see it except me. Im calling this scammer almost daily, and he always has an excuse not to call me back or talk to me. He never shows his face. His wife, A., is possibly his accomplice and helps him win people over; shes proven to be part of the scam team. They both live in Mallorca in a large villa near the capital, Palma de Mallorca. He has erased all traces online of the complaints filed against him by many other victims. His full name is Patrick Werner Kowatsch; he owns several companies and is very cold-blooded. He speaks very naturally and is a very good actor, which is how he wins over his future victims. He has deleted almost all of his online profiles, and others he has restricted to friends only.
